This studio will listen to what you have to say throughout the design process with empathic support. If you feel like you need a guide or some help bringing your vision to life, but don’t know how to put on paper, let us unravel the details and bring the expertise to you, so you can live your life.
Designer will manage:
~ Orders, tracking, and receiving and storage and installation, staging or styling of what you purchase for your project.
~ Working with contractors, trades, architects and builders to make sure the integrity of your project goals are upheld.
~ Perform on all site measurements, 3D renderings, plans, elevations and specs for your contractor and subcontractors.
~ Create the schedule and arrange meetings during and post construction to resolve any little issues, defects and damage that may happen during this process.
Investment: Your project’s design fee will be based on the square footage, scope and luxury level of your desired design.
"Designer, do it all!" If you're overwhelmed & need a designer to take the hassle and headache of designing, managing, planning your project, this service is the best option for you. You’re busy, but still want to have input and have that 1:1 relationship with a designer you trust that will take care of the details.
Package #1: Full Service Design & Styling
You'll receive a package including the colors, to-the-trade furnishings, art and accessories so you can manage your own project, the orders, and installation. This can be an E-Design service if you do not live in the area.
What's included:
~ A site meeting to identify the look, feel and function as well as your budget and take any on-site measurements needed for drawings
~ The research to discover your design taste as well as offer up to two revisions of your decorating and design plan that brings it all together
~ Provide a personalized list of items in your design and exact retail sources of where to buy from
~ Create the instructions for your contractors and trades about finishes, placement and other design details
Investment: Your project’s design fee will be based on the square footage, scope and luxury level of your desired design.

Package #2: Modified Interior Design
What's included in this package:
Up to 2 hours/per room of uninterrupted in-home/ or virtual design time
~ Assistance with prioritizing your goals or creating a budget
~Tackling as many design challenges as we can in our time together
~ 6 hours of behind-the-scenes design time sourcing products through our trade vendors and select retailers
~ Comprehensive digital design plan with mood board detailing the recommended changes to your space
~ Specific designer suggestions and tips for designing your space
~ Virtual design presentation
~ One week of email support
~ Purchasing assistance for any items being purchased through us
Investment: This package is based on an hourly rate of 8 hours per room. Additional hours billed as needed. Contact for Investment Guide.
This design package is truly tailored to exactly what you need: a second opinion, color consultation, or just a finish palette for a small renovation.
Package #3: Design Day
We schedule an initial phone call to get a sense of what you are looking for in your project and decide whether Full-Service or Virtual Design is the best fit. If your project is a fit, we will schedule a meeting to review your project goals in detail.
Schedule a Call
After we determine your budget, design fee, & overall timeframeme, you'll recieve a proposal, initial investment estimate, and contracts for signature. Before the design kicks off, you will know exactly how much your project will cost.
Research
Design presentations and renderings are presented. Construction drawings are created, furniture, finish selections & revisions are made.
Design Development
Purchasing from wholesale vendors is a time consuming process. We place orders for all furniture and fixtures, track deliveries, and resolve deficiencies. If the project involves a new build or renovation, we will project manage the construction progress.
procurement
We oversee and coordinate deliveries of furniture and fixtures for white glove installation. To end the project, we will accessorize and style your space for a magazine ready turnover.
